The founder of the Artius Group and Encia Dental Specialists, Dr. Jeanette Chua has both a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Applied Commerce from the University of Melbourne. 

She also completed a preceptorship programme in Implant Dentistry at the Implant Department of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry (LLUSD) in California, USA, after which she underwent specialty training in advanced periodontology and implant surgery. 

She later acquired a Master’s Degree in Advanced Periodontology. On top of that, Dr. Chua is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Malaysian Society of Periodontology, Malaysian Dental Association and Academy of Osseointegration.

She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and has been admitted as an Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Scotland. 

Dr. Chua is currently a visiting faculty member for the Periodontal Postgraduate Residence at University Malaya. She also lectures regularly on aesthetic implant dentistry and periodontal disease.
