Special interest in composite artistry

Dr. How Vi Vien graduated from Manipal University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery, and joined the public service as a general dental practitioner soon after. 

She worked at various government clinics and hospital in Negeri Sembilan prior to joining Artius, and was active in giving talks on dental education to primary school children and the indigenous community during this time. 

Her research article on ‘Gingival Biotype in the Maxillary Esthetic Zone: A Pilot Study comparing Three Noninvasive Assessment Methods’ was published in the International Journal of Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry in December 2016.

She has a special interest in composite artistry and has participated in various Continuing Dental Education lectures and workshops, mainly on Composite Resin Restorations.
